Product Description

本品是CellTurbo® Feed 7 补料套装的组分A。CellTurbo® Feed 7 补料套装是无动物来源化学成份限定的补料，适用于CHO细胞生长的的稳定表达。本产品含有高浓度的主要营养成份，是通过对细胞培养表现、物理特性、合规性和安全性进行多重分析而设计的补料，与CHO培养基配套使用，进行流加补料批式培养，对常见的CHO细胞系，如CHO-S, CHO-K1, DG44, GS等均适用。

CellTurbo® Feed 7 补料套装由CellTurbo® Feed 7A和CellTurbo® Feed 7B两部分组成，适合不同的CHO细胞株和工艺流程的优化。

CellTurbo® Feed 7 补料套装在优化过程中可额外添加细胞培养级的酵母粉或其他蛋白水解物，建议使用量在60g/L，过滤除菌后可直接添加在组分A中使用。
