Product Description

本产品是无动物来源、化学成分限定的补料，用于提高CHO细胞瞬转后蛋白表达量。本产品含有高浓度的主要营养成份，是通过对细胞培养表现、物理特性、合规性和安全性进行多重分析而设计的补料，与CHOGrow®CD瞬转培养基配套使用，进行流加补料批式培养，对常见的CHO细胞系，如CHO-S, CHO-K1, DG44, GS等均适用。本产品由瞬转补料A和瞬转补料B两部分组成，使用前请勿预先混合两个组分，使用时直接将A、B组分按照所需比例分别直接加入到培养基中。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
