CHOGrow®CD1、 CHOGrow®CD2、 CHOGrow®CD3、 CHOGrow®CD4、 CHOGrow®CD6无血清培养基是无须添加血清的、无动物源成分并且化学成分确定的培养基；CHOGrow®CD5无血清培养基是添加了植物水解物的培养基。可广泛适用于多种中国仓鼠卵巢（CHO）细胞的高密度悬浮培养，可采用批次和连续灌注等培养方式，用于重组蛋白、疫苗和单克隆抗体等的生产过程。

源培生物提供的6种CHOGrow®CD无血清培养基在配方上均有所区别，以适应细胞株和培养条件的细微差别。请与源培生物的技术人员联络选择最适合您的培养基。

对于使用标准的CHO细胞株和培养条件进行贴壁培养的科研客户，建议选用CHOGrow®CD5无血清培养基（货号H150KJ）并添加促细胞贴壁添加剂（货号S916J0）使用。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。
