Product Description

This product is an animal origin-free and chemically defined supplement. It is suitable for stable expression of CHO cell growth. This supplement is designed based on the analysis of cell culture performances, physical properties, compliance as well as safety and contains highly concentrated nutrients. CHO medium is used with the accommodation of this product for fed-batch cultivation. Common CHO cell lines including CHO-S, CHO-K1, DG44, GS are all applicable to use this product. 
This product consists of two parts, RAPID Feed 18A and RAPID Feed 18B. It is suitable for optimizing different CHO cell lines and technological processes. 
Additional cell culture level yeast powder or other protein hydrolysates can be added to this product during the optimization process. The suggestion amount is 60 g/L. It can be directly added in Feed A after filtering and sterilizing. 
The product is prepared using water-for-injection.
