Product Description

UltraFectin^®Opti-MEM低血清培养基，是一种经MEM改良而来的培养基，不含无动物源成分，广泛适用于多种贴壁和悬浮哺乳动物细胞的培养。该培养基含有重组胰岛素、重组转铁蛋白、次黄嘌呤、胸苷和微量元素，这些附加组分可有效降低血清用量，能够使胎牛血清的添加量减少至少50%。

注意： UltraFectin^®Opti-MEM低血清培养基，干粉（货号P530LV）已在用于转染的Opti-MEM配方的基础上添加了100mg/L的CaCl₂，因此无需额外添加CaCl₂就可用于低血清条件下的贴壁培养和病毒生产，但因含高浓度的钙离子，不适用于细胞转染，如需用于细胞转染，请使用源培低钙型的UltraFectin^® 转染专用减血清培养基（货号L530KJ）
