胰酶EDTA溶液，0.25%是使用胰蛋白酶干粉与EDTA混合溶解而成。胰蛋白酶是来源于猪胰脏的蛋白酶混合物，经辐射灭菌。由于其很强的消化能力，胰蛋白酶被广泛地应用于细胞解离、常规的细胞传代和原代组织的解离。根据细胞类型和实验要求的不同，用于解离的胰蛋白酶浓度也各不相同，使用者应根据相关文献和工作经验优化蕞佳使用条件。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。
