Product Description

L-丙胺酰-谷氨酰胺在细胞培养中用于替代谷氨酰胺，由于在水溶液中的稳定性很高，即可保持长时间稳定的营养供给，也降低了分解产物造成的细胞毒性。L-丙胺酰-谷氨酰胺作为细胞培养添加剂，可用于贴壁细胞或悬浮细胞，不需要进行细胞驯化即可替代培养基中的谷氨酰胺。

L-丙胺酰-谷氨酰胺溶液，内含0.85%（W：V） NaCl。

•减少氨导致的细胞毒性

与谷氨酰胺不同，L-丙胺酰-谷氨酰胺不会自行降解成氨而导致细胞毒性。相反，细胞只在需要时剪切二肽键以释放谷氨酰胺。在长时间的细胞培养中，这一系统不会造成代谢废物的过量堆积并可始终维持新鲜的谷氨酰胺的供应。

•改善细胞活性和生长速率

在氨水平比较低的环境中细胞的活性得以改善。培养环境由于丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺的一致性而受到控制，与此相反，谷氨酰胺则会由于不确定的分解速率造成细胞培养环境的不稳定。

•在较大的温度范围内保持稳定

L-丙胺酰-谷氨酰胺在室温下是稳定的。在室温、2 - 8°C, 或 -5 - -20°C都可以保持成

分稳定长达24个月以上，便于储存与运输。即使在37°C，也可稳定一星期甚至更长时间。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。禁止临床使用。
