S-Reduce^® 高糖DMEM培养基可广泛应用于减血清哺乳动物细胞培养。与经典DMEM相比，在不影响细胞生长速率和形态的情况下，使用该配方可减少50 ~ 90 %的血清用量，进而降低培养条件波动，延长同一批次血清使用的时间。无需驯化，该产品即可培养 MDBK、 HepG2、COS-7、A549、MDCK、WI-38和Vero等细胞。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。
