Product Description

PBS-EDTA缓冲液是在不含钙镁离子的PBS缓冲液（pH7.2）中添加了1mM的EDTA，主要用于在细胞培养的多个环节中螯合金属离子，特别是钙离子和镁离子，防止细胞聚集。该缓冲液常用于对从外周血中分离得到的单个核细胞的冲洗和下游筛选。因单个核细胞有聚团的特性，不利于进一步分离富集目标细胞如T淋巴细胞或NK细胞，而使用含有EDTA的PBS作为缓冲液，有利于细胞分散，进而得以充分结合分离介质（如偶联抗体的磁珠），提高分选效率。基于此，该缓冲液可配合多个供应商（如美天旎CliniMACS 系统）的磁珠分选系统使用。另外该产品也可以作为细胞消化过程中的清洗液。

本产品还可定制其他规格的瓶装或袋装形式，具体可咨询我司销售人员或授权代理商。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
