Product Description

LymGro^®淋巴细胞培养基，是一种无血清培养基，专门设计用于肿瘤的免疫治疗研究。产品适用于人及哺乳类动物外周血免疫细胞的培养，包括T、DC﹑CIK、NK等细胞的研究及应用。通过添加不同的细胞刺激因子，可高效快速扩增相应的免疫细胞。也可用于培养功能上存在分化的淋巴细胞系，研究信号转导途径，以及执行有成分定义要求的应用等。该培养基的应用领域有：嵌合抗原受体的淋巴细胞相关研究（CAR-T）；淋巴因子活化的杀伤细胞（LAK）的诱导和功能研究；在 LAK 细胞诱导过程中的细胞因子和抗体活性研究；功能性人巨噬细胞的长期培养、巨噬细胞活化；鼠科动物肝转移免疫疗法的研究；淋巴细胞受体研究；以及 ADCC 依赖型淋巴细胞活化研究等。
