Product Description

LymGro™ Lymphocyte Medium is a serum-free medium specifically designed for immunotherapy of tumor research. This product is suitable for research and application on the cultivation of human and mammal immune cells including T, DC, CIK, NK cells. By adding different cell stimulating factors, corresponding immune cells can proliferate rapidly and efficiently. It can also be used for studying signal transduction pathways and performing component-defined applications of differentiated lymphocytes during cultivation. This medium can be applied to various fields including researches on CAR-T cells, induction and functionality of LAK cells, cytokines and excitation of antibodies during induction of LAK cells, long term cultivation and excitation of human macrophagocytes, immunotherapy of hepatic metastasis in mice, lymphocyte receptors and excitation of ADCC dependent lymphocytes.  
The product is prepared using water-for-injection.
