Product Description

ACK Lysing Buffer is designed to optimize red blood cells in human peripheral blood and the lysis of single cell suspension in mice hematopoietic tissues such as the spleen. This product contains ammonium chloride and could lyse red blood cells with minimal impact on lymphocytes when use as directed. However, nucleated red blood cells could not be lysed by ammonium chloride. 
The product is prepared using water-for-injection. 
This product is only used for scientific research and production, tissue and cell culture in vitro. It is prohibited for clinical use.
