Product Description

DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) 是一种广泛使用的基础培养基，适用于多种哺乳动物细胞培养，包括HeLa, 293, Cos-7, 和 PC-12等细胞系，以及原代成纤维细胞，神经元，神经胶质细胞，人脐带静脉内皮细胞，平滑肌细胞等，DMEM与MEM相比，含有四倍浓度的氨基酸和维生素。

DMEM含有4.5 g/L葡萄糖（高糖型）或1 g/L（低糖型），我们可提供一系列的不同配方的DMEM培养基以供不同的细胞培养应用。（详情请见每一种DMEM的配方表）。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。
