Product Description

L-15培养基的配方中不含用于 CO2 平衡环境的碳酸盐缓冲系统, 而是用磷酸盐、L-精氨酸、L-组氨酸和 L-半胱氨酸作为缓冲剂。用半乳糖和丙酮酸钠代替葡萄糖以防止乳酸的形成。用于猴肾细胞及来源于胚胎或组织的原代细胞的增殖。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。
