Product Description

MEMα培养基是一种添加了营养物的极限必需培养基，含有全部20种天然氨基酸和谷氨酰胺，并包含 10种维生素。MEM是最常见的细胞培养基，由Eagle基础培养基（BME）发展而来。其中含有高浓度的氨基酸。在添加血清后，MEM 可用于培养多种单层生长的细胞，如成纤维细胞。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。
