Product Description

L-15 Medium formulation does not contain carbonate buffer system, which is used for CO2 equilibration. Instead, phosphate, L-arginine, L-histidine and L-cysteine are used as buffers. Galactose and sodium pyruvate are used to substitute glucose to prevent the formation of lactic acid. It is used for propagation of monkey kidney cells and primary cells derived from embryo or tissue. 
The product is prepared using water-for-injection.
