S-Reduce^® 减血清 MEM 培养基可广泛应用于减血清哺乳动物细胞培养。与经典 MEM 培养基相比，在不影响细胞生长速率和形态的情况下，使用 S-Reduce^® 减血清 MEM 培养基可减少 50 ~ 90 % 的血清使用量，进而降低培养条件波动，延长同一批次血清使用的时间。无需驯化，该产品即可以培养 PK-15，MDCK，Vero，WI-38 和 Hep-2 等细胞。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。
