Ham's F-12K 营养培养基（Kaighn改良），是 Ham's F-12 营养培养基的改良配方，专门为原代人类肝细胞以及减血清环境中的部分大鼠和鸡肝细胞而开发。F12K培养基含有腐胺、胸苷、次黄嘌呤、锌以及较高水平的全部氨基酸和丙酮酸钠，这些成分有助于部分细胞在低血清状态下的生长。而在低血清条件下，必须针对每种细胞系优化血清浓度


本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
