HT添加剂 (100X) 是由次黄嘌呤钠和胸腺嘧啶组成的混合液。

100X的浓度：10 mM 次黄嘌呤钠, 1.6 mM 胸腺嘧啶。

HT添加剂在杂交瘤细胞培养中可用作拯救培养基，通过提供外源的次黄嘌呤和胸腺嘧啶来克服细胞内残留氨基蝶呤的影响。一旦核苷的生物合成途径恢复后，即可停止使用HT添加剂。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。

禁止临床使用。
