Product Description

源培的胶原酶产品是通过溶组织梭菌制备，用于细胞和组织的解离。胶原酶是一种蛋白酶，它能够特异性的结合Pro-X-Glyc-Pro序列中，中性氨基酸（X）和甘氨酸之间的肽键。该序列高频率的存在于胶原中。胶原酶是唯一的一种可以降解广泛存在于结缔组织中的具有三股螺旋的天然胶原纤维的蛋白酶。胶原酶常用于组织分离，包含蛋白酶A，许多其他蛋白酶，多聚糖酶和脂酶。这种原初制备的胶原酶非常适合组织分离，因为它包含用于降解原生胶原蛋白和网状纤维所需的酶，除此之外，该酶还可以水解蛋白质，多糖和结缔组织和上皮组织的细胞外基质的脂肪。原初的胶原酶也表现出批次间的可变性，偶尔可能产生毒性。根据这些原初制备的胶原酶可以分离特定的组织类型将其分为几种类型。
