Product Description

杀稻瘟菌素S是从灰色链球菌中提取出来的一种核酸选择试剂。它在原核细胞和真核细胞中都是一种有效的蛋白合成抑制剂，其作用原理是抑制核糖体肽键的形成。

杀稻瘟菌素S用于预防细胞培养的污染。推荐的工作浓度范围为1–20 µg/mL，取决于细胞的种类。

此外，在50–100 µg/mL.浓度范围时，也可作为细菌选择性抗生素。杀稻瘟菌素抗性是由于获得了一种或两种杀稻瘟素脱氨酶基因：BSD或 bsr, 这些脱氨酶会将杀稻瘟素转化成一种无毒的衍生物。为维持用于选择性目的的杀稻瘟素的活性，LB培养基中的盐浓度一定要低于90 mM，而pH值应超过7.0。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。

本产品供科学研究使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。禁止临床使用。
