Product Description

Zeocin®是博来霉素家族的一员，能插入并裂解DNA，致使细胞死亡。Sh ble基因编码一个13665道尔顿的蛋白，使细胞获得 Zeocin®抗性。这个蛋白能结合在抗生素上，并阻止其与DNA结合，因而获得Zeocin®抗性。Zeocin®对大多数需氧细胞都有作用，可以用于哺乳动物细胞系、酵母和细菌的筛选。每种细胞类型筛选所需的Zeocin®的量都是不同的。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。

本产品供科学研究使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。禁止临床使用。
