Product Description

StemGro® 间充质干细胞（MSC）无血清基础培养基是专为人类间充质干细胞（包括脐带间充质、骨髓间充质、脂肪间充质、脐带血间充质等干细胞）设计的基础培养基。该培养基为基础配方，需添加一定比例的人血小板裂解物（PLT），制备成完全培养基后使用。在干细胞分离过程中，当细胞贴壁率达到 75 ~85 % 后，可使用配置好的间充质干细胞（MSC）无血清完全培养基进行传代。与传统的须添加动物血清的培养基相比，配合PLT使用的StemGro®间充质干细胞(MSC)无血清基础培养基能维持间充质干细胞的无分化生长，保持细胞的形态特征和正常的染色体核型等，保证间充质干细胞的高增殖率以及分化潜能，并排除了培养过程中混入异源物质（来自于人类以外的其他动物物种的成分）的可能性。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
