Product Description

StemGro® 间充质干细胞（MSC）扩增培养基是专为人类间充质干细胞（包括脐带间充质、骨髓间充质、脂肪间充质、脐带血间充质等干细胞）设计的无异源物质（Xeno-free）培养基。在干细胞分离过程中，当细胞贴壁率达到 75 ~85 % 后，可使用此培养基进行传代。与传统的须添加动物血清的培养基相比，StemGro®间充质干细胞(MSC)培养基能维持间充质干细胞的无分化生长， 保持细胞的形态特征和正常的染色体核型等， 保证间充质干细胞的高增殖率以及分化潜能，并排除了培养过程中混入异源物质（来自于人类以外的其他动物物种的成分）的可能性。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
