Powdered trypsin can be used for the dissociation of tissue blocks and mono-layer growth cells during porcine parvovirus and mycoplasma experiments. Trypsin (1:250) Active Definition: each gram of trypsin can dissociate 250 g of casein under the condition specified for testing trypsin activity.
