Product Description

This product is an animal origin-free supplement and is used for stable transfection expression of CHO cells. All components in the supplement are chemically defined except for soy protein hydrolysate. This supplement is designed based on the analysis of cell culture performances, physical properties, compliance as well as safety and contains highly concentrated nutrients. CHO medium is used with the accommodation of this product for fed-batch cultivation. Common CHO cell lines including CHO-S, CHO-K1, DG44, GS are all applicable to use this product.
This product includes 4 different formulations of the same culturing purpose to suit the modifications among different cell lines and technological processes.

The product is prepared using water-for-injection.
