Product Description

     本产品为硫乙醇酸盐流体培养基（Fluid Thioglycollate Medium，FTM）。

     包装：500mL 玻璃瓶，胶塞、两用螺旋盖。 

     装箱：12 瓶/箱。

     用途：FTM 用于厌氧菌的培养，也可用于需氧菌的培养，主要应用于药品及生物制品的无菌检验。

     配方：

                 胰酪胨                               15.0 g/L 

                 氯化钠                                 2.5 g/L 

                 酵母浸出粉                          5.0 g/L 

                 刃天青                              1.0 mg/L 

                 无水葡萄糖                          5.0 g/L 

                 L-胱氨酸                            0.5 g/L

                 琼脂                                   0.75 g/L

                 硫乙醇酸钠                           0.5 g/L

     终端灭菌产品，一次性使用，严禁用于临床。
