Product Description

     本品为Φ90mm 含金属-β 内酰胺酶的胰酪大豆胨琼脂培养基平皿 （Trypticase Soy Agar Medium+Metallo-β-lactamase， TSA+M），金属-β 内酰胺酶可降解 β 内酰胺类抗生素。 

     包装：三层包装（最内层为呼吸袋，外面两层抽真空袋），外加 1 个转移袋。 

     装箱：10 个/包，15 包/箱。

     用途： Ⅰ：沉降菌采集；

                 Ⅱ：浮游菌采集（适用于90mm 平皿的空气采样设备）；

                 Ⅲ：实验室微生物培养和计数。

     配方：

                 胰酪胨                               15.0 g/L 

                 大豆木瓜蛋白酶水解物        5.0 g/L 

                 氯化钠                                 5.0 g/L 

                 琼脂                                   15.0 g/L 

                 每皿 25mL 培养基中含 5 万单位金属-β 内酰胺酶

     无菌产品，一次性使用，严禁用于临床。
