Product Description

支原体低血清培养基，使用前需加入3%-10%的血清，以配制成支原体完全培养基。支原体的生长对营养要求较高，传统的培养方法需使用大量的马血清或猪血清，与传统培养基相比，它具有等同或者更优越的培养能力。应用于猪鼻炎、猪肺炎、鸡毒、鸡滑囊液、羊肺炎等支原体的扩增及疫苗的生产。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
