Product Description

B-27是一种优化的无血清添加剂，用于支持胚胎，产后和成体的海马神经元和其他中枢神经系统（CNS）神经元的生长和活性维持。 B-27添加剂以50X工作浓度的液体形式提供，旨在与NeuroGro® 神经元基础培养基 （源培货号：T710KJ） 或Neurobasal®、Neurobasal®-A培养基（二者均为Thermofisher公司产品）配套使用，用于基本单一化（<0.5％胶质细胞）的神经元群落的培养，无需使用星形胶质细胞饲养层。

在神经元基础培养基中使用B-27添加剂，用于培养产前和胚胎神经元，以获得优化的活性和长期的存活率。

在神经元基础培养基中使用B-27添加剂，用于培养神经来源的肿瘤细胞系，可有效地保证其活性。

在DMEM / F12培养基中添加B-27添加剂，已被证明可支持扩增来自小鼠胚胎纹状体和中脑的EGF响应性的前体细胞。

货号为S440J7的B-27添加剂，为标准配方，包含了多种抗氧化剂，以减少反应性的氧化损伤。

货号为S441J7的B-27添加剂，从标准配方中去除了维生素A，以防止神经干细胞向神经细胞分化。

货号为S442J7的B-27添加剂，从标准配方中去除了全部5种抗氧化剂，以利于在氧化应激及损伤、氧自由基对神经损伤和凋亡的研究中排除抗氧化剂的干扰。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。
